Insurers have been collaborating with Industry and Platform Giants, Insurtechs or Insurance-related startups and other relevant players in ecosystems in developing a new ecosystem journey. However, there still some doubts on who’s going to lead these new ecosystems because each player offers different strengths and capabilities for leading them.
The journey to ecosystems is not static nor completely linear at all, but it maintains a state of dynamic process. Players must always adjust the pillars of multi-industry services and integrated experiences, according to the market trends and corporate strategies.
